As we traveled through the places surrounding Vale’s operations around the world, the project began to reveal something beyond its original scope.

Landscapes, cities, cultures and everyday encounters became part of a broader visual narrative about Vale’s global presence and its relationship with people and territories. What began as the creation of a strategic image library evolved into an invitation to look further—to recognize the contrasts, connections and unexpected moments found along the way.

Selected photographs were brought together in Encounters, a limited-edition art book created for investors, business partners and key stakeholders. The publication extended the value of the visual assets beyond corporate communications, transforming them into a lasting expression of the organization’s global identity.
